100% domestically produced seed potatoes are planted one by one by hand.
We spend 7 months carefully nurturing them.

Raised with clean and abundant water unique to Miyoshi City,
The ginger is harvested in November and carefully stored in a special pre-cooler for ginger.
Ginger is so vibrant that it sprouts in the spring!
