The overwhelming cost performance and quality are made possible by the direct management of I Tsuji Shokusan, a long-established gyoza dumpling skin manufacturer established in 1947.
We hope you will try our fresh dumplings, which are prepared by hand every day.

7 Secrets of Deliciousness
1. crust: made in-house by professional flour makers. It is 8cm in diameter and bite-sized.
Vegetables: Japanese cabbage, chives, and leeks from contract farmers. The leeks are from Hiroshima Prefecture.
Meat: Seto no Mochi Pork directly from Fukuyama "Seto Farm".
4. seasonings: original seasonings from Kawanaka Soy Sauce, a long-established soy sauce company established in 1958.
5. oil: Rice oil is used to ensure that the oil drains off easily and the product cooks crispy.
Teppan: Baked at once at a high temperature of 260°C on an originally designed special teppan.
Sauce: Kawanaka Shoyu's vinegar and soy sauce sauce sauce and lemon miso sauce developed jointly with Masuya Miso.

The finishing touch is a generous sprinkling of scallions, which is unique to Hiroshima.
