We offer oyster gyoza (sold at the Hiroshima Gyoza ekie store) using Hiroshima's local oysters and standard mochi pork gyoza.
Oysters from Hiroshima Prefecture are lavishly kneaded into the bean paste.
Hiroshima oysters grown in the Seto Inland Sea are a local specialty, prized by locals for their plump, rich flavor.
We have devised a way to flavor it so that it goes well with beer, of course, and other alcoholic beverages.
Oyster dumplings can be enjoyed all year round because freshly caught oysters are flash-frozen to lock in their deliciousness.
